We would like to issue an announcement and apology for the fact that some pixiv Premium user accounts on the pixiv Premium monthly credit card payment plan were automatically removed from the service without notice following the announcement on December 3rd.

■ Cause of the problem
On November 28th, pixiv updated our credit card billing system in order to improve our security environment, which caused a change in our billing cycle.
Regarding updates to the billing cycle for pixiv Premium monthly plan fees

The updates affected users in the following cases:
・Cases related to the status of the user's credit card
・Cases related to the credit card company's fraud detection system
・Cases in which the expiration date of the credit card registered on pixiv was prior to November, 2022
・Cases in which a billing error occurred
In each case, a portion of the credit cards registered on pixiv became invalid, causing the user accounts on the pixiv Premium monthly credit card payment plan to have their pixiv Premium subscriptions terminated involuntarily.
We extend our deepest apologies to the users who had their subscriptions automatically terminated.
We further apologize for the fact that depending on the date on which you registered for pixiv Premium, your billing date will differ, so this problem may occur for you on any date up until the end of December.
For pixiv Premium monthly credit card payment plan users for whom this problem has not yet occurred, if the problem does occur, please refer to the guide below.
■ To users who had their subscriptions involuntarily terminated
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you re-register for pixiv Premium.
If you would like to re-register for pixiv Premium, you may be able to use the same credit card you are currently registered with, if you update the information and re-register.
As we mentioned in a previous announcement, we have completed an update to solve the problem of users being unable to delete their credit card information and re-register with the same card.

In cases involving issues with your credit card customer status or your credit card company's fraud detection system, please follow the instructions from your credit card company.
If your subscription was terminated involuntarily due to a credit card billing error, you won't be charged extra fees if you re-register for pixiv Premium.
In some cases, due to the changes in the billing cycle, users may have had their accounts involuntarily terminated without being billed for their October and November fees. In these cases, the fees may be billed in the same month upon re-registration. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
