Considering how cute the illustration is and how easy it is to make a request, we decided that we would be happy to make another request to Masuda-sama for this project.
Regarding the rights, the copyright naturally belongs to Mr. Masuda.
However, after we delivered the work to Mr. Kashiki, we would like to ask him to create a thumbnail for social networking sites,
I would like to use the illustration to create a thumbnail for a social networking service (including the insertion of text and other processing), as well as for publication in other X and Web media.
I will strictly inform Mr. Kashikogi that I will not use the illustrations for commercial purposes, such as making the illustrations into merchandise.
I am sorry to say that we are again leaving most of the composition of the illustration to Masuda's ability,

権利などにつきまして、著作権は当然増田さまに帰属するものです。
ただ、納品後に鹿子木さんにお作品をお贈りしたのち、
SNSサムネイルの作成（その際の文字入れなどの加工）やその他X、Webメディアへの掲載などにも利用させていただきたいです。
イラストそのもののグッズ化などの商業方面には絶対に利用しないよう厳正に伝えておきます。
今回も構図などの画面構成の大部分を増田さまの力量にお任せとなってしまい恐縮ではありますが、
・元気いっぱいの朗らかな笑顔
・左手でヘッドセットに手を添えつつ、右手はピースサインなどの楽し気なポーズ
・全身図イラストではなく、腰あるいは腹部から上などのアップ構図でお願いします
・背景描写は全くご不要です。パステルカラー一色などでOKです
・できれば人物部分の切り抜き画像ファイルもお願いしたいです
